The Fitzwilliam Chamber Series continues this Saturday with the second of
five free professional concerts in the Auditorium, on Saturday evenings at
7.30pm.

*January 23rd, David Irving (violin) - Italian baroque Chamber Music

*February 6th, Rupert Luck (violin) - British Violin Sonatas

*Feburary 20th, Tom Wakefield (piano) - The Alkan Recital

*March 6th, Marylebone Trio - Three Centuries of Wind Music

All concerts are free, with a retiring collection, and everyone is warmly
welcomed to attend and bring guests.

Hannah Wight has a concert 8.00pm at Trinity College Chapel.
The programme includes:
Vivaldi C Minor Concerto (RV441), Music for a Bird, some Van Eyck, Bach Partita in C Minor (BWV1013), a movement of Sammartini Concerto in F Major, and Bach Cantata 182 with choir and strings

The Society of Recorder Players holds a yearly Festival, in different U.K. locations and takes part in the annual
Early Music Festival
held in November at Greenwich, London.

 

On Saturday 7th June 2008 we enjoyed a pastoral visit and playing day with Sandra Foxall at Landbeach Village Hall near Cambridge.
